Yes, We face two lockdown in our progress yet our client were very pacience to achieve our design as well as quality during pandemic. Our client wish to built a Mandapam for Saibaba Temple to provide service to the devotee. The site is located at the prime area of tirupur which is busy throughout the day. The architect (Mr.Mahesh Architect) gives the plan and structural design by the way not to waste the single sqft of the land. The Ground floor of the building is Semi-basement. So that we provide Retaining wall with proper membrane water proofing and follows strict construction practices. The structure of the building do not have column interaction on centre and its is designed by this way. In elevation part we provide Natural stone cladding for window arch and natural stone texture finish to have a Resemblance of its original Saibaba Temple look.

Yet, we completed the work in 180 days based on the client requirement. We work Day and Night on this project without compromising the quality on work and Materials during construction. We face challenges on Rock in Foundation and climatic conditions.

Our young client Mr. Sakthi Manoj gave us their dream house project with us. We decided to give them a spacious planning with separate car parking and separate sitout come garden space on enterance. The inner staircase is bi-folding staircase made of metal and concrete to look thin yet strudy. Also we provide them lift inside as they decide in between the work in it. The house has compact home theater and home office in it. The elevation part of the house is made of metal structure and HPL sheet to have a Rich look in it.

Our client Mr. Arun (Eximo) always has a different thought process so we implement old and also New Techniques like Rat Trap Bond, Exposed Brick Work, Grano Flooring, Cement texture wall finish, Raw Ceiling finish, and Metal Staircase. On the elevation part, we use a perforated aluminium coated sheet which gives them a different look for the building.

Our client Mr. Subash Singh has decided not to vacate their old load bearing structure building. And based on their Requirement we decided to give them a different look apart from the old one. The building has Terrace Roof Top Swimming Pool and a Home Theater and Terrace Garden. The Ground Floor of the building is rented and does not has an access to the Terrace so we provide another separate metal staircase from insde the house. Due to load bearing we face challenges to build another bedroom on second floor so we provide Puff Sheet Roofing on Second Floor and cover the bottom with False Ceiling to it.
